CONSULTANCY ON GENDER AND SUSTAINABLE ENVIRONMENTAL GOVERNANCE AND POLICY

• Consultant in Gender and irrigation Specialist in the World Bank Turkey Irrigation Modernization Project (30 days). Conducting social and gender impact assessment in the designated Water User Associations in Manisa, Yozgat and Konya; and, preparing a gender sensitization training for DSI, which incorporates a part in collecting gender aggregated data into the SUTEM system. The report is forthcoming in October 2019.

• (Btw 2017 and 2018)  Consultant in UNDP/GEF Small Grant Project, “Climate  Change Struggle and the Lost Element of Women in Turkey” (Türkiye’de İklim Değişikliği Mücadelesinde Kayıp Bileşen: Kadın), Prepared training materials, explaining the relationship between climate change and gender with a specific focus on Turkey, and Çanakkale and Konya (as field sites).
